I saw what these things can be like when I was in Sisters Oregon a few summers ago, and I can't imagine what it must be like knowing that these beasts are only miles from your home.

It seems that today at least Lex and his family are out of danger. They spent the night in their house from what his recent post indicates. Thank goodness.
Now if only FbL can confirm her house is still standing...
